Eco Schools Committee/Environment
In Struthers we take looking after the environment very seriously and we do everything possible to stay green.
Recently we achieved our 2nd Green Flag award.
Our focus is now on decreasing the amount of litter on our playground and playing field.
The Eco group were recently awarded their second green flag. They are currently creating a bug hotel and a mud kitchen. With vouchers collected from Morrisons, we purchased 15 pairs of wellies and 2 pairs of gloves to help maintain our garden area, clean up around the school and explore the surrounding area.
